1) When will I receive my order after purchase?

2) What does it mean that an account/game is “offline”?
An offline account or game means you get the full version of the game but without multiplayer mode or online play. You can still enjoy campaigns, story modes, and all other single-player features.
3) If the account is shared, will I have my own game progress?
Yes! Even though accounts are shared, each customer has their own personal game save. This is ensured by disabling cloud saves, so your progress is stored locally on your device.
4) Can I install all available updates for the game?
Yes, you can install all game updates, ensuring you stay up to date with new features and expansions.
5) I’ve been waiting 2-3 days for my order, but I haven’t received anything. Why?
If you paid for your order but haven’t received it within 2-3 days, it’s likely that the email address provided was incorrect.
Please contact us with your order number, and we will correct the issue and resend your order.
6) What warranty do you offer for the account? What happens if the account details change?
Our accounts come with a minimum 365-day warranty, ensuring you have access to your purchased game for at least one year.
If account details change, we will provide new credentials or a replacement account. Your order number is required for warranty claims.
7) Are the accounts protected with login codes? If so, how long does it take to receive a code?
Yes, our accounts are secured with login codes (Steam Guard, EA App, Epic Games, and Ubisoft codes).
However, we use an automated system, allowing you to receive your login code instantly and access your account at any time.
8) I purchased an Xbox version but didn’t receive any login details.
