Online store regulations

The following regulations define the terms of operation of the gry-offline online store available at gry-offline.pl/en

§1. General Provisions

1. By making a purchase on gry-offline.pl/en, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. These regulations outline the rules for using and operating the gry-offline.pl/en online store, including placing orders for digital products, order fulfillment, payment methods, and the complaint process.
   

   3. The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

   a. Regulations – These Terms and Conditions of gry-offline.pl/en.
   b. Store – The online platform available at gry-offline.pl/en, allowing the purchase of digital access.
   c. Owner – Marcin Drożdż, operating under the business name X-GAMES Marcin Drożdż, registered at Wyspiańskiego 72, 32-050 Skawina, listed in the Central Register of Economic Activity, NIP: 9442247601, REGON: 360581475, email: gryoffline.serwis@gmail.com, phone: 534713911.
   d. Buyer – Any individual with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality. Buyers may also include individuals with limited legal capacity, provided they have the consent of a legal guardian.
   e. Technical Requirements – To use all functions of gry-offline.pl/en, the Buyer must have access to a computer or similar device connected to the Internet with a JavaScript-enabled browser.

§2. Purchasing Process

• Purchases can be made with or without registration.
• The following information is required for purchases: full name, address, postal code, and email address.
• To place an order, select the “Buy Now” option.
• Orders can be placed 24/7, 365 days a year.
• Order delivery time:
  • Instant (within 3 minutes) for online payments.
  • Up to 24 hours for bank transfers (after payment confirmation).
• Product warranty: 365 days.
• Discount code “first20” is valid for orders above 10 PLN.

§3. Rules for Using gry-offline.pl/en

• Registered customers have access to all store functionalities.
• X-GAMES Marcin Drożdż reserves the right to block an account if a customer violates legal provisions, third-party rights, social norms, or these Terms. Customers will be notified of any account suspension via email.
• Any malfunctions of the store can be reported to X-GAMES Marcin Drożdż.
• Complaints regarding store issues will be reviewed within 7 days.
• Customers must keep login credentials confidential and are prohibited from sharing or reselling digital access.
• Personal data provided by users is collected and processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
• The store does not sell software from official digital platforms but provides login credentials or activation links. The Buyer does not receive software licenses or trademark rights. The store is not responsible for third-party actions regarding received accounts.
• Before purchasing, customers must read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
• Accounts are shared, meaning multiple Buyers use the same account. They are for collectible purposes only.
• One purchased access grants activation on one device. Sharing, distributing, or reselling the product is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension.
• Trademarks, names, and images belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

§4. Complaints

• All complaints should be sent to gryoffline.serwis@gmail.com
• Complaints will be reviewed within 3 days, and the customer will be informed about further actions.
• Complaints will not be accepted if an account is blocked due to misuse or failure to follow provided instructions.
• The store does not provide replacement data for EPIC GAMES accounts that are blocked for reasons beyond our control.
• The store is not responsible for Microsoft account suspensions. If an Xbox account is suspended, the customer assumes full responsibility, and the warranty does not apply.

§5. Order Cancellation & Withdrawal

1. Customers have the right to cancel an order in accordance with applicable laws.
2. If an order is canceled, X-GAMES Marcin Drożdż will issue a refund within 14 days, except for digital products.
3. Customers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days unless it concerns digital products.
4. Digital products are non-refundable under the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
5. Refunds will only be granted if the seller fails to deliver the product or if there is a seller-related issue.

Consumer Rights Act (May 30, 2014, Article 38):
Consumers cannot withdraw from a contract for digital content if delivery has started with their consent, and they have been informed of the loss of withdrawal rights.

§7. Personal Data Protection

1. Personal data provided during purchases is processed to fulfill orders and for legal compliance, including marketing purposes related to the store’s services.
2. By making a purchase, the customer consents to the processing of their data by:
   • X-GAMES Marcin Drożdż, the data controller, for service delivery and marketing of gry-offline.pl/en.
